SWAPMEET FINDS +

I am a makeup hoarder. And finding outstanding deals on makeup is something I can NOT pass on. Paying retail for this stuff isn’t bad but when you’re on a budget it can be torture. Downtown LA is a good place for finding drugstore products at an amazing price. Local swap meets as well. Which they are always hit and miss. But always have deals you can’t pass on.

These are some products I’ve purchased in these past weeks. . 

I won’t do full reviews on each of them - that will take too long to do all at once. Maybe if requested and some swatches too. 

BareEscentuals - Mineral Veil - Original (.06 oz/2g)

I believe the large size retails for $20 so maybe this one for half of that.

I found these 2 for $1 each! 
The women selling them had more but they were opened :(

L’Oreal Voluminous Million Lashes - Blackest Black - Retails $8-10

I’ve been dying to try this mascara out - I purchased it for $4. 
So far I love it. It does what it says it does! :D and doesn’t clump! I haven’t used it many times as it is new. So we will see how it holds.

Maybelline Lash Stiletto -Black - Retails $9-12

This is my HG mascara. It lengthens my lashes like crazy! The brush is long and straight and sparse! 
I bought these a while ago for 2 for $5. I went back this weekend and they no longer had the black one. They just had the Black Sequins. I saw it for $5 at another place which is still good but I passed on it. When I completely run out I will repurchase. Hoping that the 2 for $5 place will bring more.

Maybelline FitMe - Honey Beige 320 - Retails $6-8

I bought this at retail price the first time I tried it. I fell in love with it. I was running out and I found it for $2!! 

I bought my NARS Sheer Glow at Sephora for $42 - which is a bit pricey. So I don’t use it on an everyday basis. But I have found that the Maybelline FitMe a good dupe for it. It leaves that nice dewey-glow finish. Making the face feel weightless and natural. It is a great alternative if you’re on a budget.
